At South Bay Steward, Shawn Nelson and Glenn Carrera bring together deep experience in luxury home construction, systems, and long-term home care. Shawn, owner of Beachcraft, has built and maintained custom homes in Manhattan Beach and throughout the South Bay, as well as in areas including the Hollywood Hills, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, and out-of-state locations such as Hawaii. Known for his work on coastal and architecturally significant homes, Shawn brings a builder’s understanding of what it takes to care for a home at the highest level.

Glenn, co-owner of South Bay Steward, brings more than 20 years of construction and project management experience, along with a sharp eye for the details that keep a home performing at its best. Together, they created South Bay Steward to provide homeowners with a trusted level of oversight that helps protect each property, preserve its value, and keep everything running smoothly.
